TNT Express in talks to sell unit to finalise takeover by UPS

The latest on TNT’s acquisition by UPS.  The European Commission has gone back to the two companies with a series of objections and a request for clarification to the merger, while TNT Express is reportedly in discussions with potential buyers – including private equity companies and Royal Mail’s parcel delivery subsidiary General Logistics Systems – to sell TNT Airways.
