Airfreight wholesaler Air Menzies International (AMI) has named Tibor Fodelmesi, as its vice president Americas, and Tony Utting, as vice president EMEI.
Mr Fodelmesi (pictured above) left Panalpina at the end of last year, as district head of air freight for US west. He held the same post at DHL Global Forwarding, where he worked for 14 years.
Mr Utting also worked for DHL, for 16 years, most recently as vice president airfreight UK, before joining Uniserve as air freight commercial director. His most recent, if brief, role was at DB Schenker.
Jonathan Clark, AMI chief exexcutive, said: “Tibor and Tony’s knowledge and experience will undoubtedly help us to grow our product offering and customer base within their respective regions.”
Mr Utting added: “Jonathan and his management team have built an outstanding business, which has been in the UK IATA top 10 for many years. I look forward to building on this success and to expand the business further within the EMEI region.”
