WiseTech Global is buying its way into the South American marketplace with an $11.8m acquisition of Bysoft. WiseTech, owner of CargoWise, provides software for logistics companies; Bysoft does much the same in Brazil, providing software for freight forwarding, customs broking and express shipping segments.
