Nathalie Rush (above) has been appointed MD of APM Terminals Yucatán, which operates the only container terminal in the port of Progreso.
She is set to take over from incumbent Martijn Koolen once the necessary work permits are obtained. She is currently based in Chennai, India, where she has been part of AP Møller-Maersk’s talent and development organisation.
“I am happy to welcome Nathalie to our regional team, where her experience in people development will be a valuable asset,” said Leo Huisman, head of terminals Latin America.
“At the same time, I want to thank Martijn for his great leadership and the fantastic results he has accomplished with the team in Yucatan,” he added.
Ms Rush has a diverse background in both human resources and business, with more than 20 years of experience with Philips, Shell and Maersk across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.
She joined AP Møller-Maersk over 10 years ago in Qatar.
