JD.com follows Amazon with dedicated freighter service

JD.com has launched a 737 freighter service with HNA Group, reports Cargo Facts. Using Tianjin Air Cargo, the e-tailer’s new service operates six times a week between Tianjin and Guangzhou. The carrier has just three aircraft, but has said it wants to grow fast, to a fleet of between 50 and 100 in just a few years.
