February 08, 2016 at 2:59 pmI personally don’t think that even after several years of the notification of this regulation, the industry is ready for VGM..
I think everyone is playing the waiting game to see the first container being stopped from loading due to non receipt of the VGM documentation.. Then the scramble may start.. Let us see who will bell this cat..
