For many years, I have been speaking out against Flexport and its CEO, who came on the scene promoting “the modern digital forwarder” he founded.

Observers assumed that I had an axe to grind with Flexport; that perhaps they had done wrong by me or that they were not willing to be a customer of ours. I’d like to clear things up and explain my position, sharing insight on how things played out.
