Crowley Maritime has appointed Ira Douglas as its vice president of labour relations.
Mr Douglas takes the role having previously served as the department’s director, having joined Crowley as a marine recruiter in 2006.
Two years later he was appointed manager of marine recruiting and development. In 2009 he stepped up to a senior position, first as director of the personnel team before going on to take up the directorship of labour relations in 2017.
