Rebound Returns has appointed Colin Griffin as executive vice president, with a focus on growing the Asian and North American sides of the business
Mr Griffin joins from Fanatics, where he served as global supply chain and operations director since January last year. Prior to that, he held the same role for the Boohoo group.
Chief executive Graham Best welcomed Mr Griffin and said: “His strategic experience will be a vital asset as Rebound extends operations in cross-border markets such as Asia and the US.
“The modern consumers, wherever they may be, demand a convenient returns experience and refund process. Over the last 12 months we’ve seen retailers turning to intelligent, data-driven returns in order to attract and retain their customers in international markets.”
