100% of Italy’s Rimorchiatori Mediterranei (RM) is its next buy, pending regulatory approval. And with this transaction, MSC said yesterday, “it continues to confirm its willingness to further improve towage service efficiency across all Rimorchiatori Mediterranei’s operations.”
“Deal terms are not disclosed,” it added.
