Here’s an outlier that we predict is going to undermine confidence in global perishable supply chains. Brazilian police have issued around 30 arrest warrants and are investigating the country’s largest meat producers – JBS and BRF among them – which are alleged to have bribed health quality control inspectors to pass contaminated meat for export.
