Outer Harbour Terminal files for bankruptcy

The latest development on the US west coast saw Oakland’s Outer Harbour Terminal, which recently had to say goodbye to terminal operator Ports America after it decided to consolidate its operations in the Los Angeles-Long Beach and Tacoma-Seattle port complexes, yesterday file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
