In the COVID years there were many interesting things happening because most, if not all of us, had never been through a pandemic. One of the more interesting aspects was how it brought the logistics industry to the forefront. Suddenly our industry was front-page news and industry spokespeople and executives were appearing on major network news programmes – few were going to pass up the chance of appearing on the BBC or major US networks when it presented itself!
