The case against Walmart continues to be built in the US, which last week saw a suit filed against the company accusing it of being responsible for wage theft and illegal working conditions at warehouses operated on its behalf by logistics company Schnieder. The case centres on warehouses in Southern California, mostly staffed by Latino immigrants.
