SME forwarders have spoken of “increasing frustration” over WiseTech pricing, which is leading them to walk away from what they say is a desirable but fiscally unsustainable platform.

March 02, 2023 at 3:11 pmI fully agree with the article above. While we have been using the Cargowise platform since 2016, our rate one day simply doubled. The response from CargoWise was this is now the cost. We are currently seeking an alternative as these costs are too high for the services they offer.
