All eyes are on the Panalpina (PAN) extraordinary general meeting taking place in Basel next Friday – some background here, here and here.  But with nothing substantial coming through lately from my sources, I have developed my own theory about what could be next for the Swiss 3PL and its possible partner Agility (AGY), trying to make sense of the latest events amid a slew of conversations with my senior contacts since early January.
