In a recent conversation with my senior trade sources, the “key accounts” topic in freight forwarding returned with a vengeance – are they worth the effort or not?

Here is some feedback I have received, which ought to carry even greater significance now given the latest I’ve heard about Kuehne + Nagel (K+N) and some trouble it is rumoured to have in APAC.
