South Korea’s remaining deepsea container shipping line, Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM), today announced a recruitment drive of ex-Hanjin staff, laid off since the carrier’s bankruptcy.
HMM chief executive Chang Keun Yoo said “We [want to] acquire the best shipping workforce via one-to-one interviews. We will fully support Hanjin’s workforce to help them quickly adapt and adjust into HMM’s corporate culture and come into their own.”
