Trying to find sweet spots in Agility’s annual results this week – they were a few, well displayed too – I felt vindicated when I shared the view that in its current form, with infrastructure assets and Global Integrated Logistics (aka “GIL”; logistics/freight forwarding operations) under the same corporate umbrella, Agility may have no real reason to exist if, as management have been hinting, it plans to be acquisitive.
