Air New Zealand wins air cargo cartel case

It is something of a rarity in this industry, but an  airline, Air New Zealand, has won an antitrust case. The Federal Court of Australia on Friday dismissed allegations against the carrier, in a case that has seen 10 airlines fined already for price-fixing. The carrier argued that any agreements had been authorised by relevant authorities.
