We have heard much about the possible benefits of self-driving vehicles and the cost opportunities they could afford logistics operators and trucking companies. But a lot of people disagree, and in Washington they have recently been expressing their fears to a senate hearing, and putting them on a direct collision course with a weird coalition of established carmakers and Google.
