More self-driving trucking news: it seems one has taken to US roads, according to this report from DC Velocity, claiming start-up Kodiak Robotics has conducted both its, and the country’s, first commercial deliveries, in Texas. While the company did not give any details on the number of trucks it now has operating it noted it had launched a “number” of operations. And in so doing, it seems to have jumped ahead of an industry described as growing in “fits and starts”.
