Ceva Logistics has a new king
European FVL power
CEVA last week announced it is to add project logistics to its freight management portfolio. The forwarder says it can use its experience in the oil and gas industry to support other verticals, such as industrial, aerospace and mining. The news came as it released a set of flat second quarter results. Revenue was up 0.3%, which it said was strong, given “industry headwinds and significant exchange rate fluctuations”. Air freight volumes were up 0.7%, while ocean freight grew 4%.
