Terry Unrein back at SEKO to boost logistics growth in the US

Terry Unrein has re-joined SEKO Logistics in the new role of chief commercial officer of the Americas.

He will be responsible for sales and revenue growth, as well as air and ocean product strategy.

He spent over two years as vice president of global sales at SEKO before joining Crane Worldwide Logistics in March 2015 as regional vice president of the Pacific West region.

He is now based at SEKO’s global HQ in Chicago and reports directly to logistics president James Gagne, who said: “We are delighted to welcome Terry back to SEKO in this expanded role, which places international product ownership and accountability under global sales.

“He not only knows our network and partners in the United States and around the world, but also understands and appreciates our business model and value proposition starting from day one. He is going to be a key player in our further expansion and growth as we continue to innovate global forwarding, logistics and supply chain technology.”

Mr Unrein was at one time a professional American football player with the San Francisco 49ers and San Diego Chargers. His subsequent career in logistics has also included senior roles in the US and Asia with CEVA and Eagle Global Logistics.
