To prevent the spread of coronavirus infections, Russian Railways has established a simplified procedure for remote interaction with customers in key processes related to the transportation of goods and contracts.

This decision was made by the Operational Headquarters of Russian Railways in cooperation with participants of the transport market under the chairmanship of Alexey Shilo, Deputy General Director of Russian Railways ? Director General at Center of Corporate Transportation Services.
