Maersk - Adam Banks

Maersk chief digital officer Ibrahim Gokcen has quit the container line to take up a post at a US company. He will be replaced by Adam Banks (pictured)

The carrier confirmed in a statement to The Loadstar: “While planning how to best organise Maersk’s IT and digital functions, Ibrahim Gokcen was approached for a role in the United States and decided to leave Maersk.

“Ibrahim successfully established and developed Maersk’s digital function, which will continue to support our transformation.”
