Semih Kutluğ takes over from Mike Duggan as Saudia's chief of charters

Semih Kutluğ (pictured) has become acting director cargo charters at Saudia Cargo, replacing Mike Duggan, who has left to pursue other opportunities afterhis two-year contract ended.

Mr Duggan had also been responsible for strategic partnerships, a role that has been reassigned.
