Virgin Atlantic appoints Ryan Ellis new head of GSA management

Virgin Atlantic Cargo has announced that Ryan Ellis will be its newly appointed head of GSA Territory Management.

Working from the carrier’s London office, Mr Ellis will be in charge of 40 general sales agency partners in 25 countries where the airline has GSA representation.

Mr Ellis’ career with Virgin Atlantic Cargo began six years ago and he spent three of those years as a regional sales manager. His new post will include nurturing customer relationships and identifying new territories for business leads.

Mr Ellis said: “This is a great opportunity to work closely with our international network of GSA partners. They are important members of our global team and are all very experienced and professional cargo sales organisations that share our passion for great customer service. I am looking forward to getting to know them all and helping them to achieve their targets.”
