Jobs are under threat at MyFerryLInk following the UK’s Competition Commission’s decision that it does have jurisdiction to rule on Groupe Eurotunnel’s acquisition of the former SeaFrance ferries. The Commission last year ordered Eurotunnel to stop docking ferries at Dover for two years, believing it would have too much control of the UK-France market. Eurotunnel appealed. The Commission says it will make a final decision in May to ascertain if competition rules have been breached.
