As a strong earnings season for transport and logistics gets under way, a quality stamp on the success of the B2B segment of integrated logistics services provider UPS, came yesterday from the ever-sharp and vibrant CEO Carol Tomé (pictured below) during a call with analysts.
As soon as she got going, thanking the 500,000-plus UPSers around the world for their “dedication, hard work and efforts”, her initial remarks were focused and unambiguous.
