Singapore Airlines Cargo, one of the world’s leading air cargo carriers, has appointed CHEP Aerospace Solutions, the leading independent provider of outsourced Unit Load Device (ULD) and galley cart services, to maintain and repair its entire fleet of ULDs worldwide under an exclusive five-year agreement.
In addition to Singapore Airlines Cargo’s global fleet of more than 16,000 containers and pallets used by SIA parent company and SIA Cargo, CHEP will also provide repairs for Scoot, Singapore Airlines’ fully-owned subsidiary operating medium- and long-haul low-cost flights. Repairs will be carried out across CHEP’s extensive global network, including stations in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. CHEP Aerospace Solutions will also be expanding its operations in Singapore to support this new business.
