Air France-KLM’s director of pharmaceutical logistics is to take on the role of treasurer and director of the Cool Chain Association (CCA).
Renate de Walle will replace Malik Zeniti, from the Cluster for Logistics Luxembourg. Over the course of her career, she has spent some 18 years at KLM, and AF-KLM, three of which have been in cargo.
The CCA has been developing into a global brand, to synchronise the cool supply chain worldwide and improve the quality of perishables.
“The CCA has proven to be a platform for change in the industry,” said Sebastiaan Scholte, chairman. “With the addition of Renate de Walle we will further strengthen our board and we will be able to continue delivering more value to our members & the community.
