Commenting on the recent eastbound Europe-Asia liner capacity crunch, Drewry Maritime Research produces another raised eyebrow, with the revelation that eastbound load factors in the second quarter of this year stood at 64%. If that’s the case, how come the carriers couldn’t take any bookings?
