Another day, another new freight airline. This time it’s in China: United Star Express Airlines. Cargo Facts has the full story, but briefly, its a joint venture between ATSG, Okay Airways, an online retailer an investment company and a developer. The plan is to offer third-party express and charters, presumably for the online retail market.
