IAG Cargo today announces that it has completed a number of significant infrastructure upgrades to Premia, its London Heathrow-based premium freight handling facility. Customers using relevant IAG Cargo premium products, including Constant Climate and Prioritise, will benefit from an even higher standard of customer service, helping to ensure that shipments get to their markets on time and in perfect condition.
Key enhancements include:
· Over 50 per cent improvement in loose handling capability
· New export/import offices to accelerate pick-up and delivery of small express freight
· Enhanced operational procedures and optimised use of space for a more efficient and effective facility
