Well, the giant retail group, which has struggled to keep its stock replenished, has a new scheme whereby employees stick neon green dots by 800 key items. These are then audited by an external company to see how well Walmart is doing. But industry watchers are sceptical. “It’s like Tiffany’s falling down on quality.
