Maersk advisory: Please be advised that we have received a Force Majeure notification from TSI Deltaport. The term “Force Majeure” means, generally, all events beyond the reasonable control of a party. Examples of Force Majeure include strikes, work stoppages, lockouts, acts of God, terrorism, war, riots, embargo, governmental actions, marine disaster, fire and/or other casualty.

As a result of the Force Majeure, TSI Deltaport is unable to discharge local import containers for trucking off the terminal. This Force Majeure does not impact:

  • Discharge import containers intended for rail
  • The loading of all export containers and empty units to vessel
