Major retailers are starting to feel the pinch as the truckers’ strike in Vancouver continues. With “billions of dollars of freight” sitting at the port, companies such as Home Depot and Target are affected. But, according to the truckers, they have not yet been included in negotiations. The port has, however, warned them that they could lose their permits to operate at the port if they don’t return to work.
