Shippers who have faced delays for some two months at the Port of New York and New Jersey will be relieved to hear the problems are being fixed. After Maher Terminals installed a new computer operating system, goods were held up. But the operator and IT company have said they will scale back the new system until the flow of goods is back to normal.
