“These [K+N+DSV] details were never meant to see the light of day at this point”, my market sources concluded several hours after K+N and DSV denied deal talks on Wednesday, and after I had grilled them for a full day.

“K+N’s interest is especially high (…) and DSV is losing its mind following the rejections from CEVA and Panalpina (PAN). The denials only give the appearance of truth,” one added.
