Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) has made a further deal to operate freighters for Amazon ...
US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigators have now retrieved both black boxes from the Atlas Air freighter that crashed just over a week ago. The incident aboard the 767 freighter operating on behalf of Amazon claimed the lives of both pilots as well as a pilot passenger, when the aircraft crashed into Trinity Bay while attempting to land at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Texas. According to AIN Online, the flight data recorder was recovered from the water on Sunday and delivered to NTSB officials, who had already received the cockpit voice recorder, found earlier that day.
