Despite the “Great Recession” in the US officially having ended three years ago, the economic recovery there since hasn’t been much to write home about.

For this article, Associated Press analysts compared nine economic recoveries since the end of World War II that lasted at least three years. AP argues that by just about any measure, economic growth has never been weaker in a post-war recovery.
