Nevada had a thriving trucking industry, owing to tax advantages, that led to a burgeoning warehouse and distribution industry. Now, however, with better advantages in neighbouring California, and a tougher overall economic situation, the state’s 3,400 trucking companies are in serious decline. This interesting article paints a rather gloomy picture of road transport in the US.
