August 07, 2021 at 4:28 pmOne thing seems to be clear. Airlines and ground handling agents vie with each other in taking this industry through downward spiral, distrusting each other. Many airlines, on their part, are least concerned about growth and sustenance of ground handlers by squeezing them during commercial negotiations. Handlers seem to take a leaf out of their book by completely ignoring airlines’ genuine handing needs as written in this article – so all are happy in bringing this industry down? The next time we hear the word ‘collaboration’…….. most hypocritic word regularly misused.
