AirBridgeCargo looks to restructure with high-yield cargo

CargoForwarder has an interesting interview with AirBridgeCargo’s vice president Europe. While it mostly skirts around ABC’s well-documented financial problems, it does reveal its new strategic plans, which include ending non-profitable routes and focusing on higher-yielding cargo. There is little, however, on ABC’s capacity plans, other than an indication that, as expected, the carrier will defer, at the very least, the introduction of three 777 freighters into its fleet, originally slated for the new year.
