Why I am not concerned about the "driver shortage"

The chronic fear that there will be a driver shortage in the US is unfounded, according to supply chain veteran Kevin O’Meara. And, he says, if you’ve been paying extra because you thought you had to ? then stop. Because the haulage market will be impacted more by other issues ? such as miniaturization, intermodal and economics  ?  which will prevent the business from coming to a complete halt.
