He believes the UK is not self-sufficient, and speculates that some 80% of refrigerated trucks leave the UK empty and return full. While Brexiteer politician Jacob Rees-Mogg may claim customs procedures are of no concern, the driver claims the country wouldn’t even be able to “tread water”, let alone prosper, if they were brought back.
