Strategic Aviation Solutions International (SASI) and Russian Aero Bureau Consulting(ABC) have entered an alliance to promote their combined global expertise.
ABC comprises some experienced former executives of Volga-Dnepr Group. The two companies hope to benefit Russian and CIS clients.
Both companies agreed to jointly provide aviation consultancy services to those stakeholders who require it, whatever region they are located in.
Oleg Demidov, chief executive of Aero Bureau Consulting, said: “For us, being such a young company, this is a step into the international aviation community, but we are ready to take the challenge.
“In the aviation sector with such fast and constantly developing processes, we must deliver industry-oriented and relevant expertise related to the implementation of global best practices. To enhance efficiency and safety of international air cargo transport we must be best in class with superior market knowledge.”
Stan Wraight, president and chief executive of SASI, added: ““With Oleg and his team on board we will fill the gap which we had in Russia and the CIS. This will give our mutual customers more options and a broader view of any implications dealing with the air cargo industry. This includes rules and regulations, facilities development, route development, traffic rights assistance, training and the latest developments in product development such as e-commerce and pharmaceuticals as examples.”
Both parties intend to “cooperate in a framework working agreement to help improve/strengthen both organisations and support their individual customer base with a global unified platform for air cargo logistics, airport infrastructure, marketing, route development, master planning, strategic advice and training and learning initiatives”.
