XPO Logistics has promoted Russell Hoch to the position of senior vice president of sales for its less-than-truckload (LTL) business in North America.
He will report to Tony Brooks, president. He said: “Russell is a seasoned sales leader who understands our culture of getting results. He’ll head a talented LTL sales force and develop exciting multimodal solutions for our customers in collaboration with other XPO services.”
Previously Mr Hoch occupied sales leadership and customer management roles in XPO’s strategic accounts programme.
He joined XPO after a 17-year stint with multinational technology conglomerate Cisco Systems, where he was most recently vice president of Cisco Services, where he “led the transformation of the Cisco Services portfolio to achieve over $12bn in sales”.
