Following an article in our sister publication The Loadstar on the lack of quality in airfreighted pharmaceutical shipments, Brandon Fried, head of the US Airforwarders Association, has responded. He points out that the airfreight is hampered by heavily regulated processes that prevent innovation and initiative. And he calls on all stakeholders to work together to improve processes.
